Kabhi connect hi nahi ho paya

Main training ke liye excited thi, socha sab kuch simple hoga aur jaldi samajh aa jayega. Lekin onboarding process mein mujhe bahut confusion hua, jo expectations thi woh match nahi hui. Training sessions complicated lage aur jo step-by-step instructions di thi, woh practical mein thodi mushkil thi follow karna. Jo dialer tha, uska setup process bhi thoda slow chala, aur mujhe lagta tha ki mujhe turant customer calls karni chahiye thi, par kaafi der lag gayi setup hone mein. Mujhe achha lagta agar training thodi zyada interactive hoti aur mujhe doubt poochne ka zyada scope milta. Overall, frustration zyada hui kyunki jo promise kiya tha, usse kuch alag experience mila maine. Phir bhi try kar rahi hoon adjust karne ki, par clearly yeh mera perfect match nahi tha. Thoda support from team bhi slow mila kabhi kabhi, toh thoda suru mein momentum loss ho gaya.
