Kabhi call ka response mila, mostly ignore hua
Maine WFHI ke software ka jo calling tool hai, use karne ki puri koshish ki. Ek baar jab maine support ko call kiya takleef ke baare mein, toh turant jawab mila, jo mujhe achha laga. Lekin, baaki attempts pe response ya toh bahut der se aaya ya phir bilkul bhi nahi mila. Maine kai baar emails bheji aur unka reply kabhi timely nahi tha, isse mujhe lagta hai ki wo log seriously support nahi karte hain. Software itself bhi thoda confusing tha, aur jab problem hui toh kisi se baat karne mein frustrating feel hua. Main expect karta tha ki support team jyada attentive hogi, par mujhe missing laga. Koi baar to lagta tha ki mujhe akele hi sab kuch karna padega bina proper guidance ke. Yeh dono cheezein milake mera overall experience negative ban gayi.
