Main soch rahi thi ki support ke timings mere working hours ke saath align karenge, par yeh bilkul hua nahi. Jab bhi main call kar pati thi, toh ya toh support band tha ya phir busy milli. Mere shifts alag the, toh woh samay bahut important tha jo main unse help lene ke liye expect kar rahi thi. Dialer system bhi kabhi kabhi available nahi tha us waqt jab mujhe contact karna tha, which disrupted my workflow. Overall, communication kaafi inconsistent rahi aur mujhe lagta hai ki agar thoda flexible support timing hota toh better hota. Mere liye yeh experience frustrating tha kyunki kaam ke beech mein jab prompt help karni thi, toh available nahi thi.
