Kabhi bhi samajh nahi aaya, training wala moment kab aayega?
Jab maine WFHI training aur onboarding start kiya, kuch samajh mein aaya hi nahi. Website pe options itne confusing the ki main decide hi nahi kar pa rahi thi ki kis part ko pehle samjhun. Onboarding flow was supposed to help, par zahir si baat hai ki mera dhyan quickly kahin aur chala ja raha tha. Training material thoda unclear tha, isliye main baar baar same cheez ko review karna pada without any clear direction. Dialer setup bhi confusing tha kyunki database feature ke sath integration itna straightforward nahi tha. Support team ko call kiya tha, par response kaafi generic tha, jo mere questions ke liye helpful nahi tha. Yeh poora experience frustrating tha, kyunki mujhe laga ki training ka ek specific point pe click hona chahiye, jahan sab kuch asaan lagne lage, par woh moment kabhi aaya hi nahi. Us wajah se mujhe lagta hai ki onboarding thoda better organize ho sakta tha.
