Kabhi bhi samajh nahi aaya ki help milegi ya nahi
Mujhe lagta tha ki jab app use karungi toh support team jaldi help karegi, lekin ye baat kabhi clear nahi hoi. Kayi baar support ko call kiya, par response lagbhag delay wala ya incomplete tha. Kabhi unka answer confuse karta tha, aur mujhe baar-baar explain karna padta ki mera issue kya hai. Software access me bhi problem aayi, login credentials ka issue baar baar hua, jo frustrating tha. Training se thodi madad mili, par jab software khud thoda glitch karta hai toh training ka fayda kam hota hai. Invoice aur payment ka process to theek tha, iss baat me koi shikayat nahi. Lekin overall mujhe woh moment kabhi nahi mila jahan lagta ki sab kuch smoothly chal raha hai. Yeh sab milke mera experience thoda disappointing bana raha.
