Jab maine pehli baar dialer use kiya tha, lag raha tha ki sab easy hoga, par actually call connections baar baar drop hote rahe. Support se baat karne ki koshish ki, par unka response toh itna slow tha ki main kaafi frustrated ho gayi thi. Maine pehle kisi aur software ka experience liya tha jahan customer care fast aur problem samjh ke solution deta tha, lekin yahan toh lagta hai unko bhi pata nahi chal raha hai kya issue hai. Database structure bhi confusing tha, find karne mein time lagta tha. Socha tha ki tools jo chalein smooth, lekin har roz naye issues aa rahe the. I really wanted yeh software kaam kare, par everyday ki problems aur slow support ne mera patience khatam kar diya. Definitely not recommending based on mera experience.
