WFHI software mujhe apne working hours ke hisaab se bilkul suit nahi kiya. Jo dialer aur calling tools hain, wo mera routine handle nahi kar sake. Jab main apne usual shift mein use karne ki koshish karta tha, toh system hang ya slow ho jata tha. Sales aur sign-up process thi to simple par uske baad system ki timings aur access mujhe problem create karti thi. Kabhi database update hone mein der lagti thi, jisse mera kaam ruka rehta tha. Ye sab dekh kar mujhe laga ki WFHI software shayad flexible nahi hai meri actual timings ke liye. Payment process toh theek tha, lekin ye basic feature ke liye bhi issue aa raha tha, toh aage kya fayda. Bas ek cheez jo mujhe laga, wo ye ki support line available thi, par wo bhi meri problems ko samay pe resolve nahi kar paayi. Isliye overall experience frustrating raha.
