Mujhe lagta hai ki onboarding kaafi time zaya karta hai, kyunki har step baar-baar dohrana padta hai. Training sessions mein same cheeze baar-baar repeat karna mujhe frustrating laga, especially jab dialer setup kar raha tha toh wait karna padta tha server response ka jo time waste tha. Support team ko contact kiya tha, par wo bhi turant response nahi diye, is wajah se pura onboarding process mera kaafi slow hua. Software ko access karne mein bhi rukawat aayi, lagta hai ki automatic updates ne kuch configurations kharab kar diye. Normally main patient hoon, par yeh process mere liye tedious aur frustrating raha. Agar time management aur response mein thoda better coordination hota toh experience behtar ho sakta tha.
