Onboarding mein database set up aur dialer ko use karne ki steps generally easy thi, par kabhi-kabhi lagta tha ki thoda aur detail mein explain karna chahiye tha, especially jab automatic updates aaye. Lekin fir bhi support team ne jab help kari toh kaafi helpful rahe, aur invoicing clear thi. Toh poora experience thoda mix tha, good bhi tha aur thodi confusion bhi thi.
