Just under two hours, overall step order made sense
I found that the training and onboarding steps took me just under two hours in total, and I thought the sequence was mostly in a sensible order. The initial sign-up and tutorial gave me a clear view of what to expect next, and it walked me through setting up the calling tools before jumping into the database feature. It felt logical to learn each piece progressively. However, one small reservation I have is that the transition into using the dialer could have been a little smoother with clearer instructions specific to its usage nuances. While the automatic updates seemed to install without fuss, I did have to pause and figure out some settings on my own, which disrupted the flow. Still, compared to other systems I have tried, WFHI’s onboarding had a coherent structure and didn’t overwhelm me at any point, which helped me get comfortable quickly, even if a few details took some extra attention.
