Just under an hour to feel ready, not bad
I've done this onboarding thing before, so I knew the drill, but this one took me just around 55 minutes to really get comfortable with all the remote workflow tools they showed us. At first, the sheer amount of software and features was a bit much, honestly. The training itself moves fast, and they expect you to catch on quickly, but it’s not overwhelming if you pace yourself. What I appreciated is that by the end of the session, I genuinely felt like I could handle the calling tools and database features confidently. It wasn’t some vague overview; they actually made sure the dialer and database features were clear enough that I wouldn’t struggle when starting on my own. I’ve explained this kind of setup before to coworkers in the past, so it’s easier for me to tell when training is just surface level or actually useful. This one was solid, maybe the best in terms of how quickly you go from zero to ready. Just be prepared to pay attention the entire time, no half-hearted logging in, or you’ll miss too much.
