Just took long enough to finally get started
Honestly, getting started with WFHI’s software just felt like a slow grind. The training process wasn’t complicated, but it stretched out longer than I expected, and the constant waiting between steps got pretty tiring. Even though the dialer was okay and the database feature matched what I needed, the drawn-out onboarding really tested my patience. On the plus side, telephonic support answered questions when I finally got stuck, but it still felt like I’d been explaining the setup over and over. The payment and invoicing went smoothly enough, which at least kept that part from adding frustration. Overall, the whole experience left me feeling weary — not because the software was bad, but because getting to actual usage was a longer haul than I wanted. Once running though, the tools worked as described, so all things considered, it had a slow but decent start.
