Just that one part where I had to figure out myself
When I first looked at the sales info and pre-purchase details, I honestly thought most of it would be super straightforward, but turns out I had to do a bit more figuring out on my own than I expected. The sign-up and invoice steps were pretty clear, which was great, but when it came to details about the calling tools and exact software features, I found myself going back to the training materials quite often. The automatic updates part was neat—no extra effort needed there and that was a relief. What really stood out was how the database feature didn’t have as much explanation upfront, so I had to experiment to understand how best to use it with my workflow. It wasn’t a big deal, just a bit of a delay to get everything running smoothly. The telephonic support was friendly and helpful when I reached out, which made up for some of the initial uncertainty. Overall, a lot of the flow is well done but I wish the early guidance on the software’s deeper features was a little more thorough, just to save time figuring things out basically on my own.
