just noticed some missing features i might need next time
Been using the wfhi software to manage my remote workflows, and overall it’s pretty functional. The calling tools and the dialer work mostly fine throughout the day but I noticed that sometimes the database integration isn't as quick or responsive as I hoped it would be. Also, while auto updates do keep things fresh, I wish there was an option to delay them a bit because sometimes updates interrupt my work unexpectedly. Signing up and paying was pretty straightforward — no issues there. Telephonic support was decent when I called, though I didn’t find myself needing to reach out too often which is good. Training was okay but I found myself figuring out a lot on my own. Next time, I think I’ll be better prepared so I probably won't need much help again. Overall, the software gets the job done but it could improve in anticipating real user needs, like maybe adding a feature to pause updates or optimizing how fast the database loads. That small missing bit might make a big difference for people who rely on smooth day-to-day use like me. Still, I think I’ll stick with the tool for now and see how it evolves.
