Just not for me, pretty straightforward

I found the training and onboarding process really hard to get through on my own. The steps weren’t very clear, and I ended up confused about how to properly use the calling tools alongside the database features. Without more in-depth support during the initial onboarding, I think I’ll struggle next time I try to set things up again. It felt like a lot of things were assumed already known even though I was new. The automatic updates didn’t really help because they just added new options without explaining much in the training. I wanted it to work out but honestly, it didn’t for me, and I’m left wondering if I’d just need extra help every time I tried using this software, which isn’t ideal.
