Just how you'd say it after the whole thing
Honestly, signing up and getting everything set up with the WFHI billing system took longer than I initially thought it would. It wasn’t the software itself; the interface was mostly intuitive, and the invoices arrived on time without any fuss. But what really drained time was the detailed attention needed during the payment and invoicing setup—there were a few labels and categories that weren’t immediately clear, which made me double-check my entries more times than I'd like. Calling support helped, but I could feel my patience wearing thin as I explained the same confusion a couple of times. I guess the process could be streamlined a bit to prevent those minor hang-ups for first-timers. Still, once properly configured, the system basically ran smoothly for everything I wanted. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid option if you have some time to spare to get through those initial parts, but it’s definitely not something you just breeze through without a care. They’ve got the basics right, and it’s mostly frustration-free after the first week of setup anyway.
