Just gotta figure some things out yourself, honestly
If I was explaining to a friend how the training and onboarding went, I’d say it’s a mixed bag but mostly manageable. When I signed up, the initial walkthrough was pretty decent and covered the main parts of the software, like how to use the dialer and update the database. But honestly, a lot of it I ended up figuring out by myself, like some parts of the interface weren’t super clear right away. The training videos helped but didn’t cover every little feature, so I had to poke around and experiment a bit. The automatic updates worked smoothly, which was nice—no need for extra hassle. The telephonic support was available, though I mostly reached out to confirm small questions rather than big issues. Overall, I felt like it was designed with decent help available, but you should expect to learn some things through experience. It’s not a completely hand-held process, which worked fine for me.
