just bad support, it didnt solve my problems
I tried calling support multiple times when things went wrong and honestly, it felt like no one cared much about my issues. The responses were generic and I kept getting transferred from one person to another without a proper solution. No one really explained the billing or offered much help with the calling tools that kept glitching. On top of that, the automatic updates just made things worse by changing settings without warning. It felt like the software wasn't ready for real use and support didn’t know how to handle anything beyond basic questions. Signing up was easy but after that, every interaction was frustrating and slow. I dont think ill keep using this product given how badly they handle problems. I expected much better communication and actual help, but what I got was just a lot of waiting and no fixes. Totally disappointed with the whole experience.
