Lekin onboarding ka jo pehla phase tha, usmein thodi delay hui mainly invoice aur payment setup ko lekar. Kya hua ki payment information thik dhang se process hone mein kuch waqt laga, isliye poora onboarding thoda late start hua. Lekin baad mein jab billing clear hua, tab software access aur training smoothly chala. Dialer aur database ko samajhna mein fast tha, par invoicing ke saath thoda slow experience mila. Agar payment setup jaldi hojaaye toh overall process aur behtar hoga.
