Main software use karte waqt bohot frustrated hoon. Jab bhi problem aati hai, toh support se baat karna itna time-consuming lagta hai ki mera patience khatam ho jata hai. Phone pe baat karte waqt unka response slow hota hai aur mujhe lagta hai ki unka system mujhe support dene ke liye ready nahi hai. Onboarding ke dauran bhi major issues aaye, samajh nahi aaya ki kis step pe kya karna hai. Training sessions bhi mujhe confusing lage, practical examples nahi diye gaye, toh practically use karna mushkil ho gaya. Dialer system bar-bar lag karta hai aur calls drop hone ke wajah se workflow ruk jata hai. Database feature bhi itna efficient nahi tha jitna promise kiya gaya tha, updates ke baad bhi improvements nahi dikhai diye. Payment system theek tha par usse zyada mera problem support mein tha. Agar aap ek fresh user hain jise quick help chahiye toh ye platform shayad aapke liye suitable nahi hoga kyunki yahan se correct support milna mushkil lagta hai. Overall experience bilkul disappointing tha aur main is service ko recommend nahi karunga.
