Mujhe laga support ko lekar main zyada ummeed kar rahi thi, but unfortunately yeh bilkul match nahi kari meri expectations se. Telephonic support se baat karne ki koshish ki bohot baar, par response time bohot slow tha, jis wajah se frustration badh gayi. Jo help mili woh bhi kabhi kabhi incomplete thi aur updates ke baare mein clearly nahi bataaya gaya ki kaise software mein changes aaye hain. Agar aap chahte hain ki support time par mil jaye aur problem jaldi solve ho jaye, toh shayad yeh service aapke liye suitable nahi hai. Mujhe lagta hai ke documentation bhi thodi confusing thi, jhaan tak main samajh paayi. Yeh experience mere liye disappointing rahi aur mai expect karti thi better aur faster communication hoga. Support is the key for users like me, and sadly it didn’t fit that requirement.
