Mujhe WFHI ke training aur onboarding process mein pehle thoda zyada responsive hone ki umeed thi, specially jab beginners ke liye help chahiye hoti hai. Training sessions me jo log hain, wo achhe hain aur unki clarity kaafi achhi thi, lekin feedback me thoda delay hota tha kabhi kabhi. Jab mein onboarding complete kar raha tha, toh lagta tha ki thoda zyada interactive aur fast response milega unka, kyunki similar platforms ka experience thoda better raha hai mere liye. Lekin overall, jo support mila usse mujhe focus bana hua tha apne workflow pe, aur session ke baad bhi mujhe lagta hai ki software aur dialer ko samajh ke kaam kar sakta hoon. Bas yahi choti si kami thi ki kuch simple queries ke liye thoda patience rakhna padta tha, warna software use karna asaan hai aur training kaafi detailed thi, jo mujhe useful lagi.
