Maine training aur onboarding ko seriouly liya, par initially mera thought tha ki main jaldi se jaldi software ko apna lunga. Par jab main dialer tools aur database feature ko samajhne laga toh thoda time laga. Kuch functions ko khud experiment karna padha, kyunki sirf training mein pura picture clear nahi hua tha. Yeh moment tab aaya jab maine ek baar dialer ke saath call manage karke dekha; tab samajh aya ki system kitna effective hai. Automatic updates ne bhi help ki, kyunki mujhe baar baar manually changes nahi karne pade. Payment aur invoice process clear tha, jis se main bina kisi tension ke software use kar paaya. Thoda patience chahiye training ke waqt, but once it clicks, then you feel completely ready to work with the platform. Overall, it did its job for me exactly as expected, bas initial struggle ki thodi kami thi.
