Support team ke saath jo baat hui, initially thoda confused tha ki kya expect karu. Unka response time theek tha, par kabhi kabhi unke explanations mujhe poori clarity nahi deti thi. Jo problems face kiya, unka solution milne me thoda waqt laga par eventually kaafi kuch samajh aaya. Training sessions se kuch cheezein clear hui, especially database aur calling tools ke use mein. Mere end tak confidence build hua tha ki mai software ka basic use kar sakta hun, lekin advanced features ke liye mujhe lagta hai ki thoda aur support ho toh accha rahega. Overall mila jula experience tha, thoda support improves karna chahiye.
