Har baar exact same procedure repeat karne se thakaavat ho jati hai, and I thoda expect karta hoon ki mere past queries yaad rakhe jayenge for smoother answers. Lekin overall, jo quick follow-ups milte hain, it’s good for time-sensitive setups. Dialer and calling tools ke bare mein bhi basic questions ka jawab mil gaya easily and database compatibility ka process thoda sa tedha laga initially, but support ne clear kar diya. So, I’m quite happy with how proactive the team is, just hoping they streamline their support scripts thoda to avoid sounding repetitive. For sales and pre-purchase queries, responsiveness is key, and that part mostly worked well for me.
