It works decently day to day, but not without small issues
Over several days, I used WFHI's software consistently and noticed a few patterns. The initial sign-up process was straightforward and delivered the access credentials promptly, which got me started quickly. Using the calling tools daily, I found them reliable for the most part, though at times calls dropped unexpectedly or the dialer lagged during peak hours. The database feature proved useful for managing contacts, with clean organization options that actually matched my workflow. However, occasional synchronization delays occurred, which required manual refreshes more often than I had anticipated. I appreciated the automatic updates because they rolled out without disrupting my regular tasks, helping keep the software current without extra effort. Invoicing and payment features also ran smoothly with clear displays of transaction histories, which made bookkeeping simpler. Despite the minor inconveniences, such as intermittent lags and occasional need to refresh the database, overall the software behaved fairly well day to day. To put it simply for a friend, WFHI’s platform is functional and mostly reliable, but not yet completely flawless in routine use.
