It worked out mostly, though not perfectly
I got the software running and it generally handled the expected workflow quite well. The database integration allowed me to manage contacts and leads efficiently, and the dialer worked as advertised for most parts of my calling schedule. Onboarding was mostly smooth even though there were some moments when the training material didn't cover an obstacle I hit. When things did go wrong, like during an occasional update that temporarily slowed down the interface, the telephonic support helped me understand and fix the issue quickly. My one reservation is about the payment system which at times lacked clarity in invoicing labels, making me double-check whether charges matched what I expected. Still, on the whole, the sign-up and invoicing processes were straightforward. I'd tell a friend that it’s good software with mostly reliable features, and it’s worth considering if you can be patient in sorting out minor quirks. There's enough value here to justify using it again, but you shouldn’t expect perfection. The support is responsive and the updates keep things secure, so it all balanced out pretty well for me.
