It worked okay but I wasn’t fully sure by the end
I went through the sales and pre-purchase information and tried to set up the software for my remote work. Some parts of the onboarding flow were clear, like the basic use of the database feature and the dialer tool, but other sections, particularly some wording on labels and navigation options, left me uncertain about what exactly was expected. While the calling tools functioned reasonably well in my week of testing, at times I felt a bit lost when trying to identify new updates or how to utilize some features efficiently. I can’t say the experience was bad; it did get me started and helped me connect to telephonic support for questions. However, for someone looking for a totally smooth and confidence-inspiring setup, I would advise being prepared to spend extra time exploring or asking for assistance. Overall, I’d say it did the job but wasn’t without its minor frustrations, so I’d explain to a friend that it’s decent but not perfect.
