It wasn’t until late that it finally made sense
Initially, accessing the software felt a bit overwhelming because of the many features involved. I started out unsure about how to navigate the database and integrate it smoothly into my existing workflows. The dialer tools especially took some time before I could confidently use them without hesitation. However, after spending a few days exploring and revisiting the training modules, a moment came when the flow of operations clicked for me. This 'aha' moment helped me realize how workflows could be managed efficiently remotely. Despite this progress, I wasn’t completely confident about certain aspects, like some automatic updates that changed settings unexpectedly. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward, which added some clarity early on. Still, I felt I lacked clarity on how the telephonic support could help beyond basic questions. Overall, by the end of the training and onboarding period, I had a functional grasp but wasn’t 100% confident that I was fully exploiting all the features. I think with more practice, I would gain better assurance, but for now, it’s still a work in progress.
