It wasn’t quite what I was expecting, but I guess it worked out
I went into the WFHI training and onboarding with certain hopes that the process would be very hands-on and deeply explained. However, the reality was a bit different from what I imagined. While the training covered most important points, I found that some parts didn’t match what I was expecting in terms of detail and pacing. The sequence of steps sometimes felt a little fragmented, and there were moments when I waited longer than anticipated for follow-up material or support. It wasn’t overly frustrating, but more smooth communication or clearer guidance would have made a difference. That said, the software updated automatically and the payment and sign-up processes were straightforward, so the practical side was as expected. I suppose in the end I got the basics I needed, even if the overall impression didn’t quite line up with what I thought before I started.
