It wasn’t easy to find what I needed at all

Honestly, I began with good hopes for the training and onboarding, but quickly got frustrated because finding the right resources was more difficult than I expected. The initial tutorials were somewhat scattered across different sections. I spent a lot of time clicking through various menus trying to locate the exact instructions for the dialer and calling tools. The database tutorial was buried under too many submenus and wasn’t clearly marked. Automatic updates were explained briefly but I had to search further to understand how they impacted my workflow. I did like that the sign-up and payment process instructions were fairly straightforward to find and follow, so that part was manageable. But early steps in training didn’t offer a clear roadmap, making me feel a bit lost. Eventually, I pieced things together by trial, error, and some support calls, but it was a tedious start. If I were telling a friend, I’d say it’s a decent software but be ready to hunt around and ask questions before you really get going. It’s not as easy or intuitive to find training details as I’d hoped, which slowed me down.
