It wasn’t clear till I pieced it together—finally got what’s going on
I had a mixed experience trying to understand the sales and pre-purchase details. At first, the materials given to explain the subscription options and the software features were quite vague. I kept wondering if the training was included or if it was an add-on, and this wasn’t clear until I reread the emails multiple times. The sign-up instructions did help somewhat but only after I reached the invoicing stage did things click that the database feature was actually integral to the package. It took me asking around on support calls to really grasp how updates worked and what to expect from the calling tools and dialer. So while part of the explanation was lacking, I was eventually able to figure out the full scope through repeated contact and cross-referencing documents. Even now, I’m not sure if I fully caught every detail, but at least the system’s interaction with payment and onboarding processes started feeling more logical. There is a clear need for better upfront clarity and simpler labels in the future.
