It was woah moment during sign-up yaar!
When I was starting out with WFHI, I didn't really feel that confident about the whole software and training thing. Uske baad meri confidence level kaafi badh gayi, as I understood ki steps kitne straightforward hain. Baaki ke onboarding steps thode vague lage initially, par us particular jaankari ne ek solid base diya mujhe ki main aage badh sakun comfortably. Dialer system aur database features bhi thode complex lag rahe the, par us samay pe mere mann mein doubt kam ho gaya. Overall agar main kahun, to pehle thoda shak tha lekin wo ek important moment ne sab clear kar diya mujhe ki kya expect karna chahiye. Woh clarity milte hi laga ki main sahi jagah hu aur software ka use karna ab mushkil nahi rahega.
