It was overall easy to find what I needed
Finding the right information during the training phase with WFHI was mostly easy. The design of the portal makes navigation quite straightforward and natural. I appreciated how organized the modules were, but I would have liked more variety in the types of learning materials available. Once I started looking for something specific, it took me a while to locate additional resources, but they're all there. While I can access what I need when I'm patient, there's a slight room for improvement in terms of accessibility. I would certainly choose HFHI again for the ease of use, but I hope they expand their training content to provide more options for users seeking flexibility. The sign-up process was simple and integrated well into the onboarding path, making my entry into the system quite smooth. Overall, I would recommend it, but a more extensive resource library would certainly enhance the experience.
