It was mostly okay but some things felt a bit out of order

Getting started with the WFHI software was a mixed experience. The sign-up process itself was fine and straightforward, and I appreciated how the invoices were clear and matched what I signed up for. But when it came to the software access, the steps to get fully set up weren’t as logically organized as I had hoped. For example, I found that I had to jump between parts of the training and the calling tools, which felt a bit confusing at times. The dialer itself worked well once I got through that, and the database feature integrated properly into my workflow, which was definitely a plus. Automatic updates rolled out without incident, so that was a relief. Though the telephonic support wasn’t bad, I needed to call more than once because the order of the onboarding materials didn’t sync well with what I needed at the moment. Overall, I’d say it’s usable and does what it promises, but I’d tell a friend that you might have to poke around quite a bit before everything clicks into place. It’s not ideal, but it’s manageable if you dedicate some time to it.
