It Was More Effort Than I Anticipated
I expected the sales and pre-purchase process to be more streamlined with less waiting. In comparison to other software onboarding I have done, this felt somewhat lengthier and required more back-and-forth communication than expected. It wasn’t a bad experience, but the repetition of filling in details during sign-up and verifying information slowed things down. On the plus side, the invoicing and payment were straightforward, and the sequence of steps was mostly logical, so I knew where to go next at each stage. I also appreciated the availability of telephonic support during this phase even if I didn’t need it extensively. Overall, I’d describe the effort as more than average for what I had expected, mainly due to some redundant steps and short delays. Still, the process didn’t derail my plans or cause major frustration.
