It was like I was stuck in a loop more than useful work
Looking back at the training and onboarding experience with WFHI, I would say it was a mixed bag and after some time I started feeling more stuck than helped. Initially, signing up and getting access to the software was straightforward, and the invoice arrived on time which was fine. But day after day, the main problem was with the day-to-day use rather than the first start. The training felt repetitive at times and did not exactly match the pace I wanted; it almost seemed like I was going in circles without getting to newer topics. Getting comfortable with the calling tools and dialer was a slow process, and sometimes support was not immediately available to clarify simple doubts during working hours. The database feature was okay but lacked some intuitive flow when managing contacts or leads. Automatic updates occurred regularly, but they sometimes reset settings which disrupted my workflow. Telephonic support was there, but I often had to wait or schedule a call instead of quickly resolving issues on the spot. Invoicing and payment were fine one-time, but the follow-up communications felt a bit messy. All in all, if I were to explain this simply to a friend, I'd say the promise was decent but the daily reality was a bit draining and not as helpful as I'd hoped. It certainly taught me patience but maybe lacked the practical hand-holding I was expecting throughout.
