It was a struggle when things went wrong, not gonna lie
So, I started with WFHI and I gotta say, when stuff started going wrong during the training and onboarding, it was quite a hassle. Like, one time the database feature wouldn’t sync properly and I spent ages trying to fix it on my own before finally calling support. Even then, getting a proper solution took a lot of back and forth and multiple calls. The dialer did connect okay, but sometimes the automatic updates caused disruptions during calls, which was frustrating. Still, I have to admit the sign-up and payment process was simpler than I expected, which saved me some headache. But honestly, handling things going wrong felt like running a marathon with a pebble in your shoe. I kept waiting for things to get easier but it wasn’t smooth, and the training sessions didn’t really prepare me well for the technical hiccups. I wish they had been more proactive when stuff failed. It was more effort than I think is worth it, especially if you’re not tech-savvy. I don’t think I’ll jump back in until I’m sure the system can handle errors better, honestly.
