It was a mixed bag, sometimes smooth, sometimes slow
The sales and pre-purchase experience had its ups and downs, if I’m honest with you. On the one hand, signing up was fairly straightforward; the steps for entering my details and choosing a plan didn’t take long at all. Payment was processed efficiently, and I got the invoice sent in quick time, which I appreciated. However, when it came to training info and understanding the full scope of features, I felt like I got stuck waiting more than once. Some useful training materials seemed to require repeated visits or clarifications from support, which slowed the early days down. Waiting on phone calls to answer my questions added to the delay – sometimes I was on hold longer than I expected. On the bright side, the database feature was easy to explore and seemed well integrated, even if I initially had to figure things out by myself. So, overall, I’d tell a friend it was an okay experience but expect some hiccups with delays and needing patience for support – not the quickest or slickest process every time, but it got there in the end. Worth the effort, but maybe don’t expect a trouble-free ride all at once.
