It was a bit of a maze to find what I needed, honestly
When I first looked into WFHI before purchase, I was trying to figure out exactly what software features and training options were included, but it wasn’t immediately clear. The website had a lot of information, which was helpful, but I found myself unsure about some basics such as how the dialer integrates with the database or how I would get updates. I tried contacting sales support to clarify, and while they were polite, the answers took longer than I hoped and sometimes felt a bit scripted. It made me hesitate about signing up, but eventually, after a couple of calls and digging through documentation, I got a better picture. I suppose that’s normal for something fairly technical, but it did complicate my decision. If I were telling a friend, I’d say it’s worth exploring but be ready to ask questions and be patient. Once I bought in, subsequent set-up was easier, and the invoicing came smoothly. So overall, it was a bit tricky at first, but not a dealbreaker.
