It took too much effort just to get basic support
I first contacted WFHI support hoping to get a clear step-by-step guide for setting up the dialer with the database. Initially, they gave me some written instructions but the order didn’t seem quite logical: for example, I was asked to configure unrelated features before even having access to core calling tools. After pointing this out, I was transferred to another representative who suggested restarting the entire training from scratch. That wasn’t very helpful because I had already gone through parts of onboarding. Then I was told about updates to install but no details on whether those should precede or follow configuration. The back and forth made me redo several steps unnecessarily. Over the next few days, I made multiple calls to support and waited on phone for long periods without a clear resolution path. The automatic updates sometimes toggled features off, which confused me further and support took time to explain. Overall, the sequence of actions recommended felt poorly thought out and required many repeated clarifications just to have basic functions operational. I expected a more streamlined communication flow so less effort was needed from me.
