It took too many steps and was quite confusing overall
The sales and pre-purchase stages with WFHI required more effort than I anticipated. The steps were not exactly in a sensible order, which made it confusing to understand what I needed to do first. For example, invoicing appeared before I could fully access the software features, so it felt like I was paying without proper clarity. The signup process was also tedious and could be streamlined to reduce repetition. Trying to figure out the database and calling tools took additional time because clear instructions were missing at several points. Although telephonic support was helpful when contacted, I found it difficult to reach them initially which added to my frustration. The updates during onboarding sometimes changed how I was expected to proceed, which also disrupted my planning. While the platform itself had potential, the sales flow made the early experience unnecessarily complicated and not very user-friendly. I believe rearranging these steps would make future users’ journeys much smoother, especially for those new to such software.
