It took too long to figure out what the software labels meant

When I began using the WFHI software after signing up, I quickly realized that the wording and labels used across the platform were confusing and not intuitive. This led to a significant delay as I spent too much time trying to understand what each feature was for and how to access the calling tools properly. The database section's headings didn’t clearly explain how to import or organize contacts, which made managing data slower than expected. Even the training materials assumed I knew certain terms already, which was frustrating. I found myself repeatedly calling technical support to ask for help simply because the labels didn’t do their job of guiding me. The invoicing area also had ambiguous terms, so I had to verify multiple times to ensure I was paying correctly. The automatic updates weren't problematic, but without clear descriptions, I was unsure if these changes improved or complicated my setup. Overall, this labeling issue consumed many hours that I would have preferred to invest in getting productive with the software. It felt like a barrier rather than a helpful system. For users who want straightforward navigation, this aspect could be a major drawback.
