It took time but I’m getting there
Setting up the WFHI software wasn’t exactly a quick job, and I’ve noticed there’s a mix of one-off setup tasks and some ongoing tweaks needed as I keep using it. Initially, the onboarding process guided me through signing up and understanding how to use the calling tools and dialer, but once I started working daily, I realized I had to keep adjusting the database and occasionally revisit some settings that automatic updates changed. These updates, while helpful in keeping the software current, sometimes require me to double-check that my previous configurations are still intact. It’s a bit of a repetitive effort, especially since some parts of the software aren’t entirely intuitive right away. Then there’s the training, which is laid out clearly, but applying everything has taken some trial and error on my side before I got comfortable. It’s not a perfect system, but after spending this time, I’d say the effort has been worth it. I’m still fine-tuning things, but I know this ongoing involvement is part of making the software work for me.
