At first, I felt unsure navigating through the software and understanding how the calling tools and database interacted. The stepwise process needed some time to settle in my head. You made the invoicing and payment processes pretty straightforward, which helped me gain trust early on. Although the training was detailed, it did take a bit longer than I expected to get fully comfortable with all the features. I appreciated that updates were automatic because I never had to worry about manual installations disrupting my work. By the end of my onboarding, I definitely felt far more confident in managing the workflows remotely using your platform. My only suggestion would be that you could consider slightly speeding up the early training and access steps to save time. Overall, you succeeded in reassuring me with both the software reliability and the support available, which is why I’m now using the tools regularly.
