It took some work, but the software kind of did what I needed

Starting out with this software, I had to figure a lot of things by myself, which was a bit unexpected given the sales conversations I had. Onboarding covered the basics, but beyond that, I found myself diving into the user interface and database features without much support. It was a mixed bag because the calling tools and the dialer functioned well enough during routine workflow, making it easier to reach out without juggling between apps. However, I struggled with some of the labels and the database organization which were not as intuitive as I hoped. The automatic updates added new features occasionally, but they sometimes altered aspects of the interface so I had to adjust repeatedly. Billing and invoicing were handled smoothly, which reduced potential headaches. I feel that from a sales perspective, it was a little optimistic to expect all users to navigate the software independently after initial training. Still, it met most of my core requirements once I invested enough time. Support was available but often required my prompting rather than proactive outreach. Overall, I would say the effort it took was justified since the software did largely deliver the functionality I needed to run remote workflows, although with some trial and error on my part.
