It took some time to figure things out but mostly smooth
When I started with the training and onboarding through WFHI, I found the initial sessions quite structured, which was helpful. The step-by-step walk-through of signing up and accessing the dashboard was detailed, but I still had to spend some time figuring out how best to use the database feature to fit my workflow. The calling tools were introduced later in the training, and that part was easier to grasp because the interface is quite intuitive. However, I did have to troubleshoot a few things on my own, especially around dialing preferences and automatic updates. It wasn't always immediately clear how some features would affect my remote workflow, so I spent a bit of time exploring those on my own after the formal training. Overall, it wasn’t a lightning-fast onboarding process, but it was comprehensive enough to get me fully operational in a week or so. I’d say the self-learning component was necessary, but manageable.
