It took some time, but I had to figure out quite a bit myself
The process to get started with WFHI software was not bad, but it did take longer than I expected before I felt fully comfortable. While the sales and pre-purchase information was clear in some sections, I found that I had to work out considerable details by myself without immediate guidance. The onboarding flow offered some helpful ideas, but I still had to experiment to understand how to best use the dialer and database features effectively. Payment and sign-up steps were handled efficiently, so at least that part didn’t add unnecessary delays. I would say the overall time to be fully set up was on the longer side because of this self-navigation, but in the end, the software performed well for remote workflows, which made the effort worthwhile. Support was available when needed, though I rarely relied on it. So, while the journey was slow at first, it was mostly manageable.
