It took some effort to match the hours I work with the software
I started using the software to handle remote tasks that fit my somewhat irregular hours. Initially, it felt like it wasn’t fully synced with the times I preferred to be active. The dialer sometimes had scheduled limits that clashed with my actual working window, which I found a bit frustrating. I kept adjusting settings, trying different time blocks, and checking how updates affected those hours. The database setup had some restrictions too, making it tricky to access certain features outside peak times. I kept calling support to get clarity and sometimes those conversations circled back around the same issues, so I had to be patient with that. It’s clear the software was designed with a general workflow in mind, but my particular hours didn’t always fit neatly. Over time, I put in effort to customize the schedule and update my preferences manually. I wouldn’t say it was seamless; I still had to work around some quirks. But I think if my work hours were more typical, less effort would be needed. So while I gained a workable routine, that required ongoing fine-tuning and a bit of persistence to get right eventually.
