It Took Some Effort to Make Sense of the Labels
When I first went through the onboarding and training modules, I noticed that the wording on some controls and labels wasn’t immediately intuitive. Early on, I had to spend extra time cross-referencing the help files to understand the function of particular software features. However, once I got past that initial hurdle and settled into the sequence, the step-by-step guidance began to make sense. The terminology used in some places felt inconsistent, which caused some confusion during setting up the calling dialer tool. Despite these bumps, the overall navigation, including database integration and updates setting, became clearer as I progressed. The training videos helped to clarify concepts that were difficult to grasp from the text alone. It's an onboarding journey that requires patience and some effort, mainly due to the wording choice, but it does get easier. Overall, it was a mixed experience with room for improved labeling but useful content beneath it all.
